New hires in Tampa and Fort Lauderdale bring strong local ties and excess and surplus (E&S) experience

Along with this, the company has also added three new brokers to its ranks: Ryan Anderson and Grant Tomczak in Fort Lauderdale, and Tonya Krick in Tampa, to help support agents across the region with faster, more personalized service.
Among them, the team has worked on everything from coastal property risks to small commercial accounts, with a deep understanding of both binding and brokerage. Their regional experience and market relationships make them a valuable resource for Florida-based agents and brokers navigating a tough placement environment:
- Tonya Krick – Executive Vice President, Tampa – Tonya brings nearly two decades of property and casualty experience. She’s built a reputation for navigating complex commercial property placements and delivering binding-ready solutions in fast-paced environments. Known for her transparency and deep market knowledge, she’s recognized for quickly securing last-minute bind orders and building strong relationships across St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay.
- Ryan Anderson – Vice President, Fort Lauderdale – Ryan is a technically proficient leader in commercial underwriting, boasting industry credentials including MSRI and CPCU and significant experience as a Team Lead at XPT Specialty. His focus on underwriting complex commercial accounts and his history of mentoring aligns well with his goal to support retail agents with solutions that go beyond the typical quote.
- Grant Tomczak – Senior Underwriter, Fort Lauderdale – Grant brings specialized underwriting acumen and, as a Senior Underwriter, has developed a keen eye for hard-to-place risks. He is recognized for strong client service, attention to detail, and dedication to finding tailored placements ideal for supporting small-business and brokerage accounts.
