APPOINTMENTS

Get appointed with XPT. It's Fast and Easy.

We require that each retail broker be appointed

The process is easy:

  1. Download & complete the Agency Profile

  2. Download & complete the Retail Producer Agreement

  3. Download & complete the XPT ACH Form

  4. Download and complete the W-9 form: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

  5. Provide a copy of all licenses for states you intend to do business in

  6. Provide a copy of your E&O Declarations Page.
Once you have all documents, please provide these to your local XPT office for processing. Upon receipt of all of the necessary material listed above, we will begin processing your appointment.
