With more than 25 years of experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, Herron brings deep, hands-on expertise spanning a wide range of commercial E&S lines. Throughout her career, she has worked across virtually every role within a wholesale brokerage environment, developing a comprehensive understanding of coverage placement, broker relationships, and client needs from the ground up.
At XPT Specialty, Herron will serve as a generalist across P&C lines, leveraging her versatile background with particular expertise in builders’ risk coverage, general liability, and property. Known for her methodical approach, organization, and dedication to service, she brings a diverse skill set shaped by decades of practical experience supporting complex commercial risks.
