Keith Driscoll joins to lead national growth, with emphasis on eastern expansion
June 24, 2025 — XPT Specialty, a leading wholesale broker for commercial and personal insurance, today announced the addition of Keith Driscoll, who will lead the national expansion of its Workers’ Compensation Specialty, with a near-term focus on growth across the eastern U.S. and in hard-to-place markets.
Driscoll brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the insurance and sports marketing sectors, having most recently served as President and CEO of Boston Insurance Brokerage (BIB). During his time at BIB and Princeton Property Casualty, he helped scale Workers’ Compensation operations, launch new distribution partnerships, and grow business in complex risk categories.

Driscoll’s background also includes leadership roles at Markel FirstComp and earlier experience in sports marketing and operations with Anheuser-Busch and IMG. He has led operations for major PGA TOUR events, including the Deutsche Bank Championship and the Michelob Championship at Kingsmill.
