With 18 years of experience in the Personal Lines Excess & Surplus (E&S) market, Kilpatrick brings extensive knowledge that will help XPT continue providing strong insurance solutions for its clients.
Kilpatrick began her career at Specialty Risk Associates, a family-owned Managing General Agency (MGA), advancing from Policy Processor to Assistant Underwriter and later Underwriter, and gaining valuable insights at every stage. Her most recent role as Vice President of Personal Lines at Amwins showcased her ability to build strong client relationships, develop customized insurance solutions, and drive business growth. “Alana’s deep expertise, strategic mindset, and commitment to client service align with XPT’s mission to provide effective and reliable insurance solutions,” said Glen Pomeroy, EVP of Personal Lines at XPT Specialty. “As we continue to expand our Personal Lines offerings, her leadership in navigating future market changes will be key in delivering the best possible service to our clients.”

Her background will be valuable as the company continues to enhance its Personal Lines division and strengthen its presence in the E&S marketplace.
