Willis brings a proven track record, a wealth of knowledge, and a robust professional lines platform to bolster XPT’s capabilities across all professional lines placements.
With more than 26 years of experience in professional lines placements within the wholesale industry—primarily as SVP/Director at Swett & Crawford (later CRC Group)—Willis has built strategic relationships with insurers and retailers alike. His expertise will strengthen XPT’s national professional lines team and expand its offerings.
